Invitation for study

The Invitation for training at the University is issued upon the application of a foreign citizen or a person representing the interests of a foreign citizen, stateless persons temporarily residing on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, where he requests the invitation for training, stating the specialty for which he wishes to study and giving his motivation.

After that the submitted documents and the invitation are sent to The Citizenship and Migration Police Department of the Minsk City Executive Committee for approval. The term of checking the documents is up to 7 working days starting from the date of their submission.

The documents required for approving the invitations are submitted by the Dean for International Students to the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Minsk City Executive Committee in accordance with the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The term of consideration of the submitted documents concerning the approval of the invitation is up to 7 working days after their submission.

The original invitation signed by the Rector of the University and endorsed by the Head of the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Minsk City Executive Committee is registered in the Register of Invitations at the Dean's office of the  Faculty for International Students.

Then the original invitation is sent to a foreign citizen to obtain an entry visa of the Republic of Belarus. A copy of the invitation and initiative documents are kept at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Foreign Students.
